Broccoli With Red Pepper Flakes And Toasted Garlic

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 6 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. add broccoli, salt, crushed red pepper and sliced garlic.
  • 2 saute 2 minutes. add 1/4 cup water.
