Broccoli With Parmesan Crust

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 3 (10 ounce) packages chopped frozen broccoli (i prefer fresh)
- 2 (6 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup instant potato flakes
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 steam broccoli until tender (not soft), drain.
- 2 place in large shallow baking dish.
- 3 blend soup, milk, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- 4 pour sauce over broccoli.
- 5 combine potato flakes, butter, and cheese.
- 6 sprinkle over broccoli.
- 7 bake 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees until top is lightly golden.
