Broccoli With Parmesan Crust

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 (10 ounce) packages chopped frozen broccoli (i prefer fresh)
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup instant potato flakes
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 steam broccoli until tender (not soft), drain.
  • 2 place in large shallow baking dish.
  • 3 blend soup, milk, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  • 4 pour sauce over broccoli.
  • 5 combine potato flakes, butter, and cheese.
  • 6 sprinkle over broccoli.
  • 7 bake 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees until top is lightly golden.
