Broccoli Vermicelli Salad

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen broccoli
- 8 ounces vermicelli, broken in 1-inch pieces
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced (or more to taste)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook broccoli and drain very well.
- 2 cook the vermicelli (to how you like your pasta) & drain.
- 3 mix together the brocooli & vermicelli, than add the garlic, oil, cheese, red pepper, salt & pepper. toss to mix well.
- 4 serve at room temperature.
