Broccoli Vermicelli Salad

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen broccoli
  • 8 ounces vermicelli, broken in 1-inch pieces
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced (or more to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • salt & pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cook broccoli and drain very well.
  • 2 cook the vermicelli (to how you like your pasta) & drain.
  • 3 mix together the brocooli & vermicelli, than add the garlic, oil, cheese, red pepper, salt & pepper. toss to mix well.
  • 4 serve at room temperature.
