Broccoli Slaw ( Low Fat Version )

Ingredients

- 8 ounces broccoli slaw mix
- 1 granny smith apple
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/4 cup 2% low-fat milk
- 1 pinch celery seed
- 1 pinch pepper
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup walnuts
Recipe
- 1 whisk milk, mayo, sour cream, agave syrup, vinegar, lemon, deli mustard, celery seed, pepper and onion flakes until creamy.
- 2 chop walnuts & cranberries.
- 3 peel and cut granny smith apple in strips to resemble the slaw mix.
- 4 incorporate all ingredients in a bowl until veggies, nuts and fruit are covered with the slaw dressing.
