Ingredients

- daikon radish (about 1 inch)
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 9 ounces cooked rice
- 2 1/2 g bonito flakes
Recipe
- 1 cut the daikon into ½ inch dice. marinate in the soy sauce for 10 minutes. drain and pat dry.
- 2 stir in the bonito flakes. stir the daikon mixture into the rice.
