Daikon Rice

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • daikon radish (about 1 inch)
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 9 ounces cooked rice
  • 2 1/2 g bonito flakes

Recipe

  • 1 cut the daikon into ½ inch dice. marinate in the soy sauce for 10 minutes. drain and pat dry.
  • 2 stir in the bonito flakes. stir the daikon mixture into the rice.
