Bean And Pasta Soup

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 zucchini, sliced
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 can diced tomato
- 1/2 cup uncooked pasta shells
- 1 can kidney bean, rinsed and drained
- 1 can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 celery ribs, sliced
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in saucepan.
- 2 add zucchini and garlic powder.
- 3 cook until tender-crisp.
- 4 add broth, water, parsley flakes, tomatoes, and celery.
- 5 heat to a boil.
- 6 stir in pasta.
- 7 reduce heat to medium.
- 8 cook 10 min.
- 9 ,stirring occasionally.
- 10 add beans and heat through.
