Bean And Pasta Soup

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 1 can diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup uncooked pasta shells
  • 1 can kidney bean, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 celery ribs, sliced

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in saucepan.
  • 2 add zucchini and garlic powder.
  • 3 cook until tender-crisp.
  • 4 add broth, water, parsley flakes, tomatoes, and celery.
  • 5 heat to a boil.
  • 6 stir in pasta.
  • 7 reduce heat to medium.
  • 8 cook 10 min.
  • 9 ,stirring occasionally.
  • 10 add beans and heat through.
