Crock Pot Chops

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 lamb chops, about 1 in thick
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (low-sodium is fine)
- 1/4 cup wine (not cooking wine)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Recipe
- 1 spray crock pot with cooking spray and place all ingredients inside.
- 2 revised: some reviews stated that the meat was dry and cooked too long so i am revising the cooking time to low for 6 hours or until chops are tender. my crock is old and probably cooks slower- sorry!
- 3 remove chops and thicken liquid in pot with a slurry of 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water.
- 4 return chops to pot and cook until liquid has thickened.
