Cheesy Crab Cups

Ingredients

- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon seafood seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 scallion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 lb imitation crabmeat, flaked
- 1 (2 1/8 ounce) box miniature phyllo cups
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
- 2 in a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, seafood seasoning, and garlic powder just until combined.
- 3 gently beat in scallion and crabmeat just until evenly mixed.
- 4 spoon 1 tablespoon crab mixture into each phyllo shell; place on baking sheets.
- 5 bake 15 minutes, or until heated through and shells are golden.
