Annabel's Homemade Granola

Ingredients

- 2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup raisins
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 300.
- 2 put the oats, pecans, coconut, salt, and brown sugar in a large bowl and mix with a wooden spoon.
- 3 whisk the oil and maple syrup together in a small bowl. pour over the oats and mix well.
- 4 spread out on a lightly oiled baking sheet and bake in the center of the oven for 40-45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- 5 transfer to a bowl, stir in the raisins, and let cool.
