Coco Pasteries

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 2 eggs

Recipe

  • 1 sift together dry ingredients.
  • 2 cut in butter with shortening.
  • 3 add eggs onwe at a time.
  • 4 stif well.
  • 5 form into a dough.
  • 6 cut into 24 squares.
  • 7 sprinkle with coconut and bake at 350 for 20 minute.
