Ingredients

- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons water
- 2 eggs
Recipe
- 1 sift together dry ingredients.
- 2 cut in butter with shortening.
- 3 add eggs onwe at a time.
- 4 stif well.
- 5 form into a dough.
- 6 cut into 24 squares.
- 7 sprinkle with coconut and bake at 350 for 20 minute.
