Baked Potato Bread (for The Bread Machine)

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup water
• 3 cups bread flour
• 1 1/2 tablespoons dry milk
• 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 2 1/2 tablespoons instant potato flakes
• 3 tablespoons bacon bits
• 3 tablespoons chives
• 3 teaspoons active dry yeast

Recipe

• 1 put all ingredients into a bread machine (with a 2 pound loaf capacity or larger) in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
• 2 set to the regular bake cycle.
