Cheeseless Fat-free Vegetarian Pita Pizza

Total Time: 12 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 7 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 asparagus spears (sliced)
  • 6 zucchini, slices
  • red onion (sliced)
  • 2 garlic, gloves (sliced)
  • 3 tablespoons pizza sauce
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 toss veggies with balsamic vinegar, oregano, basil, pepper flakes, lemon juice, and pepper.
  • 2 grill veggies on a sprayed panini grill.
  • 3 add sauce on pita.
  • 4 add grilled veggies on top of pita.
  • 5 bake at 400°f for 7 minutes.
