Cheeseless Fat-free Vegetarian Pita Pizza

Ingredients
- 2 asparagus spears (sliced)
- 6 zucchini, slices
- red onion (sliced)
- 2 garlic, gloves (sliced)
- 3 tablespoons pizza sauce
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 toss veggies with balsamic vinegar, oregano, basil, pepper flakes, lemon juice, and pepper.
- 2 grill veggies on a sprayed panini grill.
- 3 add sauce on pita.
- 4 add grilled veggies on top of pita.
- 5 bake at 400°f for 7 minutes.
