Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1 cup almond butter
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup cherries, dried
- 1/2 cup apricot, dried
- 2 tablespoons coconut flakes, unsweetened
Recipe
- 1 put all ingredients through a blender or food processor until fairly smooth.
- 2 process through in batches if necessary.
- 3 drop by tablespoon onto a tray and fridgerate.
