Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
- 1 dash salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- 2 grease a cookie sheet.
- 3 beat egg whites, vanilla, and salt till soft peaks form.
- 4 gradually add sugar, beating till stiff peaks form.
- 5 fold in coconut.
- 6 drop from one teaspoon 1 1/2 inches apart onto a greased cookie sheet.
- 7 bake in a 325 degree oven about 20 minutes.
- 8 cool on a wire rack and enjoy eating coconut macaroon cookies.
