- 3 1/2 cups instant mashed potato flakes
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 (3 ounce) can bacon bits
- 1 pound mild cheddar cheese
Recipe
- preheat oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c).
- prepare potatoes according to package directions.
- add sour cream and bacon bits; mix well.
- place in a 9x13 inch baking dish and top with cheese; bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
