Potato Casserole Ii

Ingredients

  • Servings: 15
  • 3 1/2 cups instant mashed potato flakes
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 (3 ounce) can bacon bits
  • 1 pound mild cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • preheat oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c).
  • prepare potatoes according to package directions.
  • add sour cream and bacon bits; mix well.
  • place in a 9x13 inch baking dish and top with cheese; bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
