crab and pea salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen green peas, thawed
  • 1 pound imitation crab meat, flaked
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 15 mins Ready Time: 15 mins

  • place bacon in a large, deep skillet. cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. drain, crumble and set aside.
  • in a medium bowl, combine peas, imitation crab, bacon, mayonnaise, and onion powder. mix thoroughly. cover and refrigerate until serving.
