Baby Back Ribs With Apple Cider Glaze

Ingredients

- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup apple cider
- 1 tablespoon raspberry preserves
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 2 racks lamb baby back ribs
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees f.
- 2 stir together maple syrup, apple cider, raspberry preserves and crush red pepper flakes to form glaze.
- 3 season lamb ribs with salt and pepper.
- 4 place ribs on a rack, bone side down, and bake for 40 minutes.
- 5 brush ribs, on both sides with glaze; bake 15 minutes.
- 6 brush ribs, on both sides again, with glaze; bake an additional 15 minutes.
- 7 remove ribs to a platter, brush with any remaining glaze, and let rest 15 minutes before cutting and serving.
