Baby Back Ribs With Apple Cider Glaze

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup apple cider
  • 1 tablespoon raspberry preserves
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 racks lamb baby back ribs

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees f.
  • 2 stir together maple syrup, apple cider, raspberry preserves and crush red pepper flakes to form glaze.
  • 3 season lamb ribs with salt and pepper.
  • 4 place ribs on a rack, bone side down, and bake for 40 minutes.
  • 5 brush ribs, on both sides with glaze; bake 15 minutes.
  • 6 brush ribs, on both sides again, with glaze; bake an additional 15 minutes.
  • 7 remove ribs to a platter, brush with any remaining glaze, and let rest 15 minutes before cutting and serving.
