Cherry Cream Cheese Cookies

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup apricot jam
  • 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 cup dried cherries

Recipe

  • 1 in a food processor or electric mixer, combine the flour, cream cheese, and butter.
  • 2 with your hands, gather the dough into a ball, flatten it, and wrap in plastic wrap.
  • 3 refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours.

  • 12 slightly flatten each cookie so they are of even thickness.
  • 13 bake 25 minutes or until golden brown. cool on a wire rack.
