Corn Flake Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 egg whites
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 cups corn flakes

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• 2 add salt to egg whites and beat till soft peaks form.
• 3 add sugar, 2 or 3 tablespoons at a time, beating till sugar is blended and all sugar is used.
• 4 after all sugar is blended in, beat till stiff peaks form.
• 5 add vanilla.
• 6 fold in cereal.
• 7 drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.
• 8 bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
