Ingredients
- 2 ounces dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 3 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon hot pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, combine dry mustard and flour.
- 2 gradually stir in 1/4 cup cold water; let stand 15 minutes.
- 3 stir in remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly.
- 4 yields 1/2 cup.
