Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 in a heavy saucepan, combine coconut cream, flaked coconut and brown sugar.
- 2 bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 3 transfer to a blender, and puree until smooth.
- 4 serve immediately.
