Coconut Sour Cream Cake

Ingredients
- 1 cake mix
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 (12 ounce) can cream of coconut
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups coconut flakes
Recipe
- 1 cake:.
- 2 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 3 grease and flour 1 - 13x9" oblong pan, or 2 - 8 or 9" layer pans.
- 4 prepare cake mix per the box, adding cream of coconut and sour cream to the batter.
- 5 bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- 6 frosting:.
- 7 beat cream cheese, milk and vanilla. add powdered sugar slowly until all is incorporated.
- 8 spread over the cooled cake.
- 9 sprinkle flaked coconut over the top.
