Bisquick Custard Pie

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup bisquick
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups milk
• 1 cup flaked coconut
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 cup butter, melted
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• 2 put all ingredients in blender. blend the heck out of it.
• 3 pour into 9" buttered pan.
• 4 sprinkle with nutmeg and colored sprinkles if you'd like.
• 5 bake for 30 minutes or until set.
• 6 to really gild the lily, serve with a dollop of cool whip or whipped cream.
