Bisquick Custard Pie

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup bisquick
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 put all ingredients in blender. blend the heck out of it.
- 3 pour into 9" buttered pan.
- 4 sprinkle with nutmeg and colored sprinkles if you'd like.
- 5 bake for 30 minutes or until set.
- 6 to really gild the lily, serve with a dollop of cool whip or whipped cream.
