20-minute Tomato Basil Lamb Chops

Ingredients

- 6 boneless lamb chops
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 cup chopped plum tomato
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 -2 tablespoon butter or 1 -2 tablespoon margarine
- egg noodles or rice, cooked
Recipe
- 1 brown chops in skillet in oil.
- 2 combine tomato, soup, water and seasonings and add to browned chops.
- 3 cover and simmer about 15 minutes, or until chops are done.
- 4 stir in butter or margarine prior to serving.
- 5 serve over noodles or rice.
