Cream Cheese Barfi (sweetened Cream Cheese Cake)

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs cream cheese
- 1 1/2 lbs sour cream
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup sifted flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup almonds, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup cashews, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup golden raisin
- 1/4 cup flaked coconut
- nonstick cooking spray
- whipped cream
Recipe
- 1 combine first 7 ingredients in a food processor and process until mixture is well blended and still soft.
- 2 place remaining ingredients in a large bowl and add the dough. using a heavy wooden spoon, fold in thoroughly.
- 3 spray a 3 quart baking dish and add mixture. using the back of your wooden spoon, smooth over the top.
- 4 bake for 15-20 minutes at 325f or until lightly browned.
- 5 chill in refrigerator at least 8 hours.
- 6 to serve, cut into cubes and place in individual dessert glasses and top with whipped cream.
