Crab-stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 36 whole mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat, drained, flaked
- 1 tablespoon snipped parsley
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
Recipe
- 1 wash and dry mushrooms.
- 2 remove and chop stems.
- 3 melt butter in small skillet; add onion, mushroom stems, salt and pepper and cook until tender.
- 4 spoon into mushroom caps.
- 5 combine remaining ingredients.
- 6 top each mushroom with the crab mixture.
- 7 bake in a 375° oven about 15 minutes.
- 8 serve hot.
- 9 yield 36 appetizers.
