Chicken Bake

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 8 chicken thighs, boneless skinless
- 2 artichokes, hearts (i boiled mine, picked off the leaves and minced up the heart)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shaved
- 2 bacon, slices
- 4 -6 mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
Recipe
- 1 in a casserole dish, mix up the minced artichokes, mayo, red pepper flakes and parmesan.
- 2 melt the butter and fry the garlic.
- 3 mix garlic in with the mayo mixture.
- 4 place chicken in the casserole. spoon the mayo over top of the chicken.
- 5 mince the bacon and mushrooms. place over the chicken.
- 6 cook @ 400 for 30-40 minute (till the bacon browns and chicken is cooked through.
