Ingredients

- 1/2 cup berries (your choice)
- 1/2 cup yogurt (vanilla or your choice)
- 1/4 cup cereal (crisped rice, cheerios or cornflakes are good-again your choice)
Recipe
- 1 layer the ingredients into a glass or parfait dish beginning with the berries, then yogurt, and last cereal.
- 2 repeat two more times to finish with a layer of ceral on top.
- 3 if you like top with a strawberry or berry of choice.
