Crab Salad Minus The Pounds

Ingredients
- 1 lb imitation crabmeat
- 4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1 lemon
Recipe
- 1 in a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, mayonaise and sour cream.
- 2 cut your lemon in half and squeeze the juice from it into the cream cheese mixture. mix well.
- 3 flake, cut or snip crab meat and add it to your cream cheese mixture. mix well.
- 4 serve on bakery fresh deli rolls with sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, fresh spinach, sliced onion and provolone cheese.
