Ingredients

- 1/3 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons shallots, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, peeled, minced
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 lb broccolini, trimmed
Recipe
- 1 combine first 9 ingredients in a bowl, toss well.
- 2 steam broccolini, covered for 5 minutes or until crisp tender; drain. spoon pepper dressing over broccolini.
