Coconut Cranberry Bars

Total Time: 33 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 28 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries, craisins
  • 1 (14 ounce) can condensed milk
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 cup pecan halves, i use pecan pieces.

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
  • 3 press into 13 x 9 pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  • 4 sprinkle coconut, cranberries, vanilla chips and pecans over the crust.
  • 5 pour condensed milk evenly over crust.
  • 6 bake@ 350 degrees for 25-28 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  • 7 cool on wire rack cut in bars.
