Cocktail Meatballs

Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 cup corn flake crumbs
- 1/3 cup parsley flakes
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- 14 ounces cranberry sauce
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 6 ounces chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 combine all step 1 ingredients together. roll into 2" meatballs and place in baking dish.
- 2 heat step 2 ingredients in saucepan. cook until smooth and pour over meatballs.
- 3 bake uncovered for 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
- 4 serve with bow tie noodles and veggies. they're great cold too!
