Corn Flake Kisses

Ingredients

• Servings: 10
• 2 egg whites
• 1 cup coconut
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 cups corn flakes (cereal)
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

• 1 beat egg whites until stiff, fold in balance of ingredients, drop on buttered aluminum cookie sheets & bake until lightly browned. temperature 275-300 (make sure you watch these, they burn quickly,using egg beaters doesn't work!:).
• 2 for x-mas: add one red hot on top of each cookie.
