Cheesy Potato Casserole

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (1 kg) bag frozen hash browns
- 1 cup corn flakes
Recipe
- 1 in large sauce pan saute onions in butter.
- 2 add the cheese, sour cream and soup.
- 3 stir until melted.
- 4 spread potatoes in 13x9 in pan.
- 5 pour soup mixture over top and stir together.
- 6 crush corn flakes and sprinkle over top.
- 7 cook at 375 degrees fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
