Butterscotch Chewy Bars

Ingredients

• Servings: 32
• 3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine
• 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
• 2 cups miniature marshmallows
• 4 cups crispy rice cereal
• 2 cups corn flakes cereal

Recipe

• 1 using a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
• 2 slowly add sugar and stir well.
• 3 add marshmallows; stirring constantly until marshmallows melt.
• 4 remove from heat and immediately stir in cereals.
• 5 coat a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan with cooking spray; press chewy mixture evenly into bottom of pan.
• 6 it's a lot easier if your hands are wet.
• 7 let cool for 60 minutes and cut.
