Becks Great Guacamole

Ingredients

• 2 large ripe hass avocadoes
• 1 garlic clove, mashed with
• 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 medium lime, juice of
• 2 tablespoons fresh minced onions
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
• 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 2 tablespoons diced roma tomatoes, flesh only
• 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Recipe

• 1 peel, pit and mash avocados, add remaining ingredients and gently mix together. taste for seasoning. cover and chill for 1 hour. serve with tortilla chips or with fajitas.
