Creole Flounder

Ingredients

- 2 lbs flounder fillets
- 1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced green pepper
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 drops hot pepper sauce
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 450 degrees f.
- 2 place fish in a greased 13" x 9" baking dish.
- 3 mix remaining ingredients and spread over fish.
- 4 bake 6-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
