Creole Flounder

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs flounder fillets
  • 1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced green pepper
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 drops hot pepper sauce

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 450 degrees f.
  • 2 place fish in a greased 13" x 9" baking dish.
  • 3 mix remaining ingredients and spread over fish.
  • 4 bake 6-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
