Caramel Heavenlies

Total Time: 31 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 16 mins

Ingredients

  • 12 graham crackers (4 3/4" x 2 1/2")
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 3/4 cup butter or 3/4 cup margarine
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup coconut flakes

Recipe

  • 1 line a 15" x 9" x 1" baking pan with foil.
  • 2 place graham crackers in pan; cover with marshmallows.
  • 3 in a saucepan over medium heat, cook and stir butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until the butter is melted and the sugar dissolved.
  • 4 remove from the heat; stir in vanilla.
  • 5 spoon over the marshmallows.
  • 6 sprinkle with almonds and coconut.
  • 7 bake at 350 degrees for 14 to 16 minutes or until browned.
  • 8 cool completely.
  • 9 cut into 2-inch squares, then cut each square in half to form triangles.
