Coconut Cake

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 4 egg whites
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g coconut flakes
  • 100 g walnuts, chopped
  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 10 walnuts, to decorate

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven at 180°c.
  • 2 beat eggwhites and sugar until stiff.
  • 3 fold in coconut and nuts.
  • 4 bake in round 26cm tray for 25 minutes.
  • 5 melt chocolate in bain marie and cover the cake with chocolate.
  • 6 decorate with walnut-halfes.
  • 7 serve with whipped cream.
