Ingredients

- 4 egg whites
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g coconut flakes
- 100 g walnuts, chopped
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 10 walnuts, to decorate
Recipe
- 1 heat oven at 180°c.
- 2 beat eggwhites and sugar until stiff.
- 3 fold in coconut and nuts.
- 4 bake in round 26cm tray for 25 minutes.
- 5 melt chocolate in bain marie and cover the cake with chocolate.
- 6 decorate with walnut-halfes.
- 7 serve with whipped cream.
