- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger
- dried chili pepper flakes
Recipe
- 1 in a small saucepan, blend starch, ginger, soy, vinegar and sugar. slowly stir in beef broth and oyster sauce. stir over a low heat until thickened and transparent. stir in chili flakes. serve hot.
