Broccolini With Pepper Dressing

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/3 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons shallots, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, peeled, minced
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 lb broccolini, trimmed

Recipe

  • 1 combine first 9 ingredients in a bowl, toss well.
  • 2 steam broccolini, covered for 5 minutes or until crisp tender; drain. spoon pepper dressing over broccolini.
