Creamy Lemon-kissed Chicken Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cup yogurt, lemon low-fat
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise (or salad dressing)
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon poppy seed
- 4 ounces pasta, uncooked bow-tie (2 to 2 1/2 cups)
- 1 (10 ounce) can chicken, premium chunk breast of chicken, drained and flaked
- 1 (8 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 cup green onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup celery, sliced
