Ingredients
- 6 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1/2 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/8 cup red wine vinegar (3 ozs.)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a jar and shake.
- 2 will keep for several weeks in the refrigerator.
