Ingredients

- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 6 lamb chops (i used boneless)
Recipe
- 1 place the lamb chops in the bottom of a slow cooker.
- 2 mix the other ingredients in a bowl and pour over the lamb.
- 3 cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 5-6 hours.
