Beer Marinade

Ingredients
- 1 can beer
- 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/8 cup tabasco sauce
- 1 onion, chopped (i use 1015, if available)
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 6 -8 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1/2 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in a shallow glass baking dish, large enough to hold meat in one layer.
- 2 cover and refrigerate.
- 3 marinade meat for at least 30 minutes, the longer you let it sit, the better!
- 4 recipe can be doubled for large quantities of meat.
