Beer Marinade

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 can beer
  • 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/8 cup tabasco sauce
  • 1 onion, chopped (i use 1015, if available)
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 6 -8 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1/2 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients in a shallow glass baking dish, large enough to hold meat in one layer.
  • 2 cover and refrigerate.
  • 3 marinade meat for at least 30 minutes, the longer you let it sit, the better!
  • 4 recipe can be doubled for large quantities of meat.
